Neil has over 30 years’ experience acting as a financial advisor to quoted companies on a range of transactions on AIM and the Official List, including flotations, mergers and takeovers, and both on and off-market equity fundraising. He has worked across a wide spectrum of sectors including healthcare, consumer, technology and mineral resources.
Neil qualified as an ACA with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and subsequently worked in the Group Financial Planning division of FTSE350 listed business Morgan Crucible plc. He moved into Equity Capital Markets in the early 1990s in the Corporate Finance department of investment bank County NatWest, before joining stockbrokers Brewin Dolphin where he was a director in the Corporate Finance team. He was a founding director of Spark alongside Matt and Mark.
