A founding partner of Spark, Matt has significant advisory experience in both public and private capital including flotations as well as leverage and private equity fundraisings. With over twenty years experience at Deloitte, US Investment bank Robert W. Baird and Brewin Dolphin, where he was Head of Corporate Finance, Matt has provided financial and strategic advice to numerous private and public companies across multiple transaction disciplines including M&A and fundraisings.
Matt remains a keen sportsman playing football and running, although much of his weekend is now taken up with ferrying his football-playing daughters from match to match.
