Mark has considerable experience in providing advice to corporate clients on IPOs, takeovers and a wide range of other transactions involving private and public companies.
Having qualified as chartered accountant at KPMG, Mark joined Brewin Dolphin’s Corporate Finance Team where he became a Director and then Head of Corporate Finance; a role he held for some 14 years before founding Spark.
Mark has worked in a number of sectors – most recently Consumer, Industrials and Healthcare – and is a member of the Yorkshire and North East Regional Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange. A past Chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance, Mark is also a regular speaker at events on quoted company issues.
