Andrew has over twenty years’ experience working in corporate finance advising public and private companies, and their owners, in the UK and internationally. Andrew has had the opportunity to advise on a full spectrum of capital raising and corporate transactions from IPOs and M&A, to hostile takeover defences (and offers) along with complex restructuring.
Andrew has extensive experience acting as Sponsor to Main Market companies and Nominated Adviser to AIM companies. He moved from KPMG into investment banking in 1999 with Brewin Dolphin, before a spell at Strand Hanson and joining Spark as a Partner in 2017. Andrew is a chartered accountant and graduate of the University of Durham.
