SPARK Advisory Partners Limited (“SPARK”) is pleased to announce it has acted as Sponsor to officially-listed Draper Esprit VCT plc (“DEVC”) in respect of an offer for subscription (“Offer”) by DEVC to raise up to £20 million (with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £10 million) in the 2021/22 and 2022/23 tax years.
If the Offer is taken up in full (including the over-allotment facility), once invested, DEVC will have over £100 million of net assets of, which over 78% will be allocated predominantly to technology investments.
